New youth, teen & family coordinator for DJCC

New DJCC youth director

In February, Yale M. Glinter joined the staff of the Dayton Jewish Community Center as its youth, teen and family coordinator. Glinter comes to Dayton from Winnipeg, Canada, where he was certified as an athletic therapist.

He received his bachelor’s degree in physical activity and sports studies from the University of Winnipeg and his master’s degree in public health from Lakehead University; he served at these institutions as a graduate assistant, teaching assistant, and lab instructor.

Glinter has more than 14 years of experience as a counselor with resident and day camps. He will serve as the DJCC’s camp director.
