Partnership guarantees spots on free Birthright Israel trip for ages 18-26
Partnership with Israel is offering free spots on a reserved bus for a 10-day Taglit-Birthright Israel trip this summer to qualifying Jews ages 18-26 in the Dayton area. Dayton’s Jewish Federation is one of 15 in the central United States to participate with the Western Galilee in the Partnership With Israel program of the Jewish Agency.
“The Birthright opportunity is special because this trip will have 24 hours of a Partnership experience in the Western Galilee, that special personal, people-to–people contact,” said Beth Zuriel, director of the Central Area Partnership Consortium. “And every 18-26-year-old who signs up through the Israelexperts site from the consortium is guaranteed a spot. No one who is eligible for Birthright will be rejected.”
Registration opens Feb. 15. Zuriel said those interested in the trip should pre-register and join the mailing list at www.taglit.israelexperts.com/registration/mailing-list. “Choose the option for the Central Area Consortium trip,” Zuriel said. “Once they sign up, participants will automatically receive information in the coming weeks about the registration process.”
